Cancellation and Refund Policy

No rain checks or refunds will be issued for holidays.

Either a rain check for the full amount or a full refund will be

given for cancellations received 14 days prior to check-in date.

A rain check or refund for 50% of the deposit will be issued for

cancellations received 7 to 13 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellations made less than a week prior to arrival date are not

eligible for refunds or rain checks. We cannot guarantee the weather.

Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved.

Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
